Day 1 : Frankfurt - Cologne Arrive Frankfurt and take a train to Cologne. Today you take the train to Cologne. Culture is an essential feature of the buzzing metropolis of Cologne. It is home to more than 30 museums, hundreds of galleries, Romanesque churches and the Cologne Cathedral, a World Heritage Site. Day 2 : Cologne – Hamburg Take the train to Hamburg, a city of increasing tourist appeal and home to plenty of sightseeing for all ages. You will receive the Hamburg Card which enables you to travel around the city with all means of public transportation such as buses, subways and streetcars. Visit the Alsterarkaden, built after the large fire in 1842, see the impressive Bismarck-monument and walk thru the Speicherstadt (“warehouse quarters”). Enjoy a ride on a boat along the Alster river and see some of the most scenic sights. Overnight in Hamburg.

Day 3 : Hamburg Today spend the day at leisure to enjoy the sights and sounds of this bustling city. Its grand merchants houses and magnificent promenades, international musicals, shopping malls and St. Pauli district give Hamburg a cosmopolitan feel. A touch of the exotic clings to the warehouse district and the citys trademark canals. With its many parks and gardens, Hamburg is also Germanys greenest city. Overnight in Hamburg.

Day 4 : Hamburg – Berlin This morning, take a train to Berlin, Europes most vibrant, exciting and colourful capital. Berlin has a vibe all of its own, and wherever you go, you can experience the pulsating life on the boulevards. You will receive the Berlin Card which you can travel around the city with at no extra charge, using street cars, busses and subways. There is a discount booklet which comes along with the Welcome Card which offers reductions on many cultural and tourist highlights. Overnight in Berlin.

Day 5 : Berlin Enjoy the day at leisure in Berlin City. It is not easy to describe this great metropolis, which fascinates the visitor both with its culture as well as with its history. Every Berlin visitor wants to walk thru the Brandenburger Tor, Berlins only preserved town gate which became a symbol for the separated city. Overnight in Berlin.

Day 6 : Berlin – Leipzig Take a train from Berlin to the town of Leipzig. Leipzig, a city in the northwest of Saxony famous for its trade fairs as well as its literary and musical heritage, is a firm favourite with visitors from around the world. Free day to explore the city on your own.
